How do I sell my products on Grabll?
If you run a grocery store or market, you can apply to sell on Grabll from the Become a Seller page. Once approved, you get your own store page and a dashboard to manage products and orders.
How long does delivery usually take?
Most orders arrive within the delivery window shown on the store page at checkout, typically well under an hour for local grocery orders, depending on the store and your distance from it.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
You can cancel an order before the store starts preparing it. If something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, open the order and request a refund -- the store reviews it directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card at checkout, or with cash on delivery where the store supports it. Accepted methods for a given store are shown before you place your order.
How do I track my order?
Once a store confirms your order, you can track its status in real time from the Orders section of your account, from new and preparing through out for delivery and delivered.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Some stores set a minimum order amount, which is shown on their store page. If your cart is below the minimum, you will see how much more to add before you can check out.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary by store and distance, and are shown up front on the store page and again at checkout before you pay -- no surprise charges.
What areas do you deliver to?
Grabll delivers from local grocery stores and markets in your area. Enter your address on the home page and we will show you every store that currently delivers to you.
